Dionysus Kitchen believes that food and service are tools of
an experience. We want to take guests to real or imagined places.
In the case of our annual opera dinner, we want guests to leave
feeling as if they have returned from an evening in the Italian
country side.
The goal of the opera dinners menu is to authentically represent
Italian cuisine. Each of the five courses is accompanied by an Italian
wine.
The music that was provided at last years dinner was world
class. A quintet from St. Marys College of MD wowed the attendees
and provided the icing on the cake for a very special evening
